Updates

As in a log of updates to the website.

These are entered by me manually, so i might forget them lol.

Aug 31, 1PM:

Sidebarda ufak bir değişiklik yaptım. Bana ulaş formu ekledim ve orada duran boş iki şeyi sildim.

No changelog. But an update in TODO's. Maybe a tweek for the tweets and replies timeline. If the replies could appear under the respective original tweets which they respond to. instead of a straightforward chronological timeline.

Also. I could literally have anybody that gets on here send their own tweets. wth. i just realized that. I mean it would be hard to add profile pages maybe lol but i can invite authors on the blogger backend. theres also a post with email option. so if i just put a sign up, log in button and anybody puts their email address there i could invite that address as an author. then there'd be a post a tweet widget that just sends the email? how do i do the send email part tho hmm i didnt think of that.

for the reccommended section if i can pull an rss feed from the linked profile i could make a page to show it from within this site.

Aug 24, 8PM:

Verified the tweets and replies work as i want. Found a way to include replies to external sources, (extremely sloppy but, will have to do.)

i had to fix up a bunch of butchered up stuff the replies page went berserk and it was a headache at first too so that freaked me and blah blah i dont know.

I'll also add a button on the tabs bar to subscribe to the RSS feed. i love how the standard rss icon looks the radio wavey thing mhmmm

Aug 24, 7PM:

finished what i started yesterday. the pinned and popular tweets sections now display their respective posts in the same format as the main timeline. meaning username, handle, reply button all visible and font w #333 coloring and medium size.

on top of this the media page has been lied out, to show a rough grid only extracting the media from tweets tagged media.

still have to look at the profile photo on post view comments thing.

Aug 23, 7PM:

already partially did the next update mentioned below.. those widgets now dont show titles of the posts they show. and i fixed the font and color of their text. but they only show the post content and my profile photo. they should also show the username and handle, and the reply link. also their sizes maybe? i'll look into it later.

added functioning tweets & replies page. not sure how good it is rn. seems fairly good though. also created about-website (/p/twt.html) and updates (/p/updates.html) pages. added a favicon and a twitter bird icon on the upmost navbar header. next update will be on removing (no title) on popular posts section and potentially also rendering custom profile photo on post view comments.

Older:

filled out about page.

did multiple enumerations of layouts to find one i like. made sure custom username and handle was shown instead of blogger account info. i dont remember specifics idk.
